The cropping function in our program will solve it. First of all, you need to select one video that you want to crop. And then please click the "Edit" button near the above of the list. In the following dialog-box, you can define the crop area by entering the definite values or dragging the control points around the preview screen. if you want to find more information about cropping frames please go to http://www.dicsoft.com/cropping-file.html

How could I decrease video file size but keep high-quality?

All compression to a smaller size involves losing quality, It's generally said these days that H.264 produces the best quality video if heavily compressed, and as MP4 with AAC audio it's hard to beat when you need a small size. I might recommend you try Dicsoft Video Converter Platinum to convert your videos to MP4 with a smaller size and see if you like the results.

After I finish the conversion to AVI, I can't Play video in Windows media player?

The default video codec for AVI output in video converter is DivX codec. If you do not have this codec installed on your PC, you will not be able to play the file. Please download DivX codec from www.divx.com for free. After the installation, Windows Media Player will be able to play AVI files produced by video converter.
